Our goal since the founding of our agency in 1979 has been to service the customer with better than expected service. We are committed to having a long term relationship with our clients. Some of our Personal Lines and Commercial Accounts have been with us since 1979. Our customer retention is one of the best in the industry. Not wanting to limit the services offered, Herzog Insurance Agency is comprised of four different departments:
Health Insurance
Whether your need is an individual plan for yourself or family or need a health insurance program for your company, we can provide numerous solutions with different companies. We represent the leading Health Insurance carriers, whether it’s a PPO or HMO plan or both, we can help you select the plan that fits our budget and needs.
CAHIP, California Agents and Health Insurance Professionals. Formerly CAHU, which is an organization of about 1,600 Health Insurance Professionals. Agency owner Bob Herzog served as Secretary of Treasury of CAHU for over 4 yrs. Sarah Duarte and Robert Gotelli are current members of the organization. We service the health insurance needs of over 100 companies.
Personal Lines Department
Commercial Department
We service the insurance needs of Business Owners. Recently our agency was recognized as the #1 Commercial Agency with Farmers Insurance out of 15,000 Agencies nationwide for Excellence in sales and service. If it’s General Liability, Workers’ Compensation, Commercial Vehicle Insurance or a Fidelity Bond we can meet your insurance needs. Our commitment to our business owners is one that is taken very seriously from the issuing of Certificates of Insurance to Claims follow up.
President’s Council. We are recognized by Farmers as one of their top agencies, and have earned this recognition 11 out of the past 12 years. It is a recognition from Farmers that is given to only the top ¼ of 1% every year out of 16,000 agents.
Life and Financial Services Department
We help provide the financial security for our clients through a wide selection of term and permanent life insurance products including Universal Life products. Whether you need to roll over an old 401k account, open an IRA, a College 529 Savings program, or have some financial questions we can help. Our office provides free financial checkups to help you plan for the future.
